Summons for SM4
Warmly welcome to the first Chapter Meeting of the semester, SM4!
The Chapter Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the chapter, where all chapter members can participate and democratically decide on the chapter’s activities.
At the meeting, there will be discussions and voting on changes to the framework budget, the economic summary tertial report 1 will be presented, and all committees will report on their activities. In addition, there will also be elections and by-elections for the Vote Counter, Project leader for the journey to CERN 2025, Union Council Member, and Election Board. More information about the posts can be found in the summons. If you are eager to run for a position, you can either notify us in the chapter board or show up at the meeting and run.

Everyone who signs up for food (before 24/9 at 23:59) will receive free food and the first 50 who sign up for food (and show up) will get a nice SM4 patch
