Booking Konsulatet

How nice that you want to book Konsulatet ! To see what applies in Konsulatet even after you have booked it, see Rules in Konsulatet.

Committees book different spaces in Konsulatet through their internal gsuite calendar, by adding resources to events. Please note that bookings of Konsulatet’s spaces other than the group room must be approved by FRum.

To book the group room as a chapter member, please contact GK or another person in FRum. If you want to book any of Konsulatet’s other spaces, this should be done through one of the chapter’s committees. Don’t know which committee you should go through? Then contact either FRum or the Board.

Events where alcohol is served or where the number of participants exceeds 50 people must be reported in advance to KTH someone who has completed KTH’s FEST and fire training.

Please note that all alcohol brought into and consumed in Konsulatet must be handled through Klubbmästeriet (fkm*). For more information, please contact klubbmästarna.
