Protocol STYM2

Before SM3, the protocol for STYM2 will of course be published!

At STYM2, we elected a new Standard Bearer Substitute who, together with the regular and vice standard bearers, will represent the chapter at various events and carry the banner high.

Furthermore, we updated and renamed the Personal Data Policy to PM for Personal Data to add information about the chapter’s new ticketing system and to increase alignment with other governing documents. The PM for Finance was also updated so that the vice chapter president can sign car contracts.

Lastly, we clarified the change in FAN’s detailed budget after SM2.
