Already this Wednesday, it’s STYM4!
There, we will make changes to the alcohol PM, both so that one must specifically contact fkm*’s treasurer before alcohol events since it largely concerns accounting, and also to make it clear that it is not permitted to serve alcohol for free in The Chapter Hall Konsulatet as internal representation.
In addition, we will remove two minor requirements from the PM for Economy and Personal Data that we believe are not needed. Digital agreements should not need to be stored in physical form and the chapter’s server should not need to be located specifically in Sweden as long as it is within the EU.
Finally, we will, behind closed doors, select this year’s knight of the order of integrals, the chapter’s highest accolade. The award is given at Ettan’s Banquet.
Note that we will not, as previously written, present the T2 report at this STYM.
