Good advice is expensive… but it’s free to attend SM4!
SM4 offers a project kick-off for the 95th anniversary next year, as well as a proposition about restructuring the presidium of the Business Relations Committee FN. In addition, a second reading of SM3’s SSO change will be brought up, and the bar builders will report on Project Bar Build.
Elections are announced regarding Project Manager Jubel27, Organizer of the Anniversary Banquet, and Vote Counters for this year’s chapter elections. By-elections for Project Manager for the CERN trip, the Election Board, and Secretary General will also be addressed. Post descriptions are attached in the summons.
Candidacy and elections take place at the ongoing Chapter meeting (SM). If you cannot attend but want to run, send an email to styret@f.kth.se.
Summons SM4
What: SM (Chapter meeting (SM)) is the chapter’s highest decision-making assembly where all chapter members may participate. Participation may take the form of submitting motions (proposals for decisions) or by taking part in discussions and voting on other motions and propositions (motion from the Chapter Board). Put simply, SM is the chapter’s annual meeting, held about six times a year.
